What people usually ask before writing
- Do you work outside Senegal?
- Yes. We work across West Africa and remotely with European organisations, travelling on site at the key moments of a project.
- Do you respond to public tenders?
- Yes, alone or in a consortium. Send us the tender documents and we will tell you whether we can respond within the deadline.
- What exactly do we receive at the end of a project?
- An application installed, configured and in service, your teams trained, the operating documentation, and the entire source code and data schemas. Returning the code is in addition to putting the system in service, not instead of it.
- What does a project cost?
- The amount depends on scope, and no figure quoted out of context would be honest. The framing stage — two to four weeks, fixed price — produces a firm proposal. If you have a budget, say so: it lets us tell you straight away what fits inside it and what does not.
- What if we want to change supplier?
- You leave with everything: source code, data schemas, operating documentation and infrastructure you already control. No proprietary licence holds you. It is a condition we impose on ourselves, because a captive client is a badly served client.
